Randolph Scott, 71, of Vandergrift, passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at Allegheny Valley Hospital in Natrona Heights, Pa. He was born on Sunday, August 28, 1949 in Apollo, Pa., the son of the late Kenneth and Velma Jones Scott. He was a United States Army Veteran who served in the Vietnam War. Before his retirement, he worked for Siemens in the maintenance department. He loved football, especially the Steelers, loved his family and loved to relax and was enjoying his retirement. He is survived by his children, Nicole Sloan of Vandergrift and Jacent Shellhammer of Vandergrift, 4 grandchildren, Tiffany Dohmen, Kasee Kacin and Isaiah and Quinn Shellhammer, 3 great grandchildren, Zacery, Isabella and Danika and 2 sisters, Marlene Beers of New York City and Vivian Harrison of Delaware. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Richard, Kenneth and Clifford Scott. A private visitation will take place on Friday, January 15, 2021.
