Mark Jay Christy, 58, of Rimersburg, Pa., passed away on Friday, November 26, 2021 at Clarion Hospital in Clarion, Pa. He was born on Wednesday, January 23, 1963, the son of late Guy and Dorothy Kellogg Christy. He was a United States Army Veteran. He enjoyed fishing, kayaking, going to camp with his wife and spending time with his wife and grandchildren. He loved and treasured being with his grandchildren and always got into trouble with the grandchildren. He is survived by his wife; Tamara “Tammy” Domiano Christy of Clarion, his children; Kristi Hollis and her husband, Bill, of Kiski Twp. and Megan Wigle (Matt Somerville) of Rimersburg, 5 grandchildren, Matthew Rametta, Breanna and Brayden Hollis and Kaylee and Aleah Somerville, his brother; Robert “Jimmy” Christy of Warren and his sister; Terry Kotleski of Augusta, Ga. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sisters; Sally and Dotty Christy and his stepdad; Bill Bigley. All funeral arrangements were private.
