Louetta May (Rosensteele) Young

Louetta May Young, 88 of Apollo, died peacefully into the loving arms of Jesus on Monday, November 23, 2020 at her home .Mrs. Young was born May 19, 1932 in Apollo, a daughter of the late Harry E. and Edna Loase  Rosensteele.  She attended Pine Run Evangelical Church in North Washington.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two brothers Roger A. and Carl R. Rosensteel, and one sister-Betty Shupe.  Louetta is survived by sister Nancy Mills and husband Bill Mills of Bridgeville, and a sister-in-law, Barbara Rosensteel Watterson of Worthington. Louetta is survived by three children: Jackie and husband Robert Peake of Scottsville, VA; Deborah and husband Marvin Owen of Lynchburg, VA; and a loving son James C, Young of Apollo who invested years in care of his parents. She also leaves a legacy of 7 precious grandchildren and 12 great- grandchildren. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, a memorial service will be planned when circumstances permit.  Interment was held Tuesday November 24, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. at Vandergrift Cemetery, Vandergrift, Pa.  Arrangements were entrusted to the Kelly L. Corridoni Funeral Home Ltd. 1916 Moore Ave. North Apollo, Pa.
