Xavier Marshall Milligan

Our angel, Xavier Marshall Milligan, 6 months, of Apollo passed away on Friday, December 21, 2018, at Children’s Hospital in Pittsburgh.  He was born Thursday, May 31, 2018, in Apollo, the son of Tory and Cassandra Aites Milligan.  He is survived by his older brother, Kaiden Milligan, his paternal grandparents, Thomas and Lisa Milligan, of Iselin and Nadine and Dave Rosenberger of Ford City, and his maternal grandparents, Nicole and Dan Aites, of Apollo.  He is also survived by his great grandparents and numerous aunts and uncles.  A selfless act by his parents saved three other children who would not have had the opportunity of a continued life.  A memorial service will be held on Saturday, December 29, 2018, at 10:00 am in the North Apollo Church of God with Pastor Lee Rupert officiating.  Arrangements have been entrusted to the Kelly L.
