Mark William Zurick, 50, of Ambridge PA, passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2019. He was born January 14, 1969 in Indiana PA, the son of the late George and Catherine (Jones) Zurick.
Mark was a graduate of Homer-Center High School and earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Pittsburgh.
Mark enjoyed a fulfilling, active life that included marathon running and biking, travelling, cooking, and listening to music. His home and garden, Casa de Mark, bloomed with his gentle, quirky, and witty personality. He had a love of antiques and tchotchkes, Christmas year-round, and spoiling his cats.
Mark was a loving brother, uncle, pet parent, and loyal friend. He is survived by his siblings, Debi Stevens (Mark) of Brush Valley; Barb Pecora (Tony) of Seward; Paul “Skip” Zurick of Homer City; and Kristi Kelly (Matt) of Glenn Mills; his “girls” L.C. and Pyewacket; his nieces and nephews, Trina (Stevens) Henry, Tonya (Stevens) Teal, Tim Stevens, Devan, Paige, Alaina and Kendra Pecora, Paul Zurick Jr., Cody, Cole, and Carter Kelly; and numerous great-nieces and nephews.
