Phyllis M. "Tizz" (Sinclair) Morgan

Phyllis M. “Tizz” Sinclair Morgan 77 of Avonmore passed away Saturday February 24, 2018 at Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital. She was born May 15, 1940 in Avonmore the daughter of the late Charles W. and Dorothy V. Shirley Sinclair. She was employed as a home health aide for many years. Recently, she cleaned and kept the Headmasters Hair Salon in Saltsburg in order. She enjoyed cooking,

baking, socializing, and spending time with her family, especially at the holidays. She was a volunteer at the local foodbank. “Tizz”  was a very proud mother and grandmother, who will be greatly missed. She is survived by two children; Cindy Sphon and her husband Del of Avonmore, and Charles A.  “Chuck”  Morgan and his wife Deborah also of Avonmore, two grandchildren; Barbara Morgan ( Jason Urban) and Nicole Sphon (Matt Jozefczyk) all of Avonmore, three great- grandsons; Connor Sphon, Sylas Morgan and Eli Jozefczyk, two sisters; Dolores “Dorie” Olex of Avonmore, and Linda Pistininzi and her husband Joseph of Saltsburg, a brother, Richard Sinclair and his wife Kathy of Clarksburg, two sister in laws; Mary Sinclair and Victoria Sinclair both of Saltsburg, and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Donald C. Morgan and three brothers; James “Bill”, Thomas, and Donald “Butch” Sinclair. Family will receive friends on Tuesday February 27, 2018 from 2:00-4:00 P.M. and 6:00-8:00 P.M. in the Kelly L. Corridoni Funeral Home Ltd. 400 Indiana Ave. Avonmore. Services will be conducted on Wednesday February 28, 2018 at 11:00 A.M. in the funeral home. Pastor Lee Rupert will officiate. Interment will be held in Edgewood Cemetery, Saltsburg.
